Total has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by Newsday. The winner list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party employee engagement survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
In the Special awards category, Vincent Tedesco, President & CEO of Total was presented with the “Leadership” award as someone who is very hands on, someone who really care about the people he works with, and the company as a whole.
Vincent Tedesco, President & CEO said, “It is such an incredible honor to be named a Newsday Top Workplace. And further, words cannot express how humbled I am to have received the special Leadership award. I’m extremely grateful to my team and my employees and couldn’t ask for better people to help support the business I started over thirty years ago. Thank you to Total’s employees for showing professionalism, passion, integrity in an effort to support Total.”
Earlier this year, Total was also voted the winners of Best Cybersecurity Provider AND Best Information Technology Company in the 2020 Long Island Business News (LIBN) Reader Ranking awards. With over 14,000 votes cast this year by the Long Island Community, selection as winners for these two prestigious awards is an incredible honor.
