Tim McKnight is responsible for all aspects of Total’s marketing and growth strategies, including outreach, planning, new business development and implementation, as well as key account management. Under his guidance, Total’s brand identity and mission have been successfully positioned and reengineered, as evidenced by widespread brand recognition and increased revenues.
Mr. McKnight’s expertise includes building positive customer and employee relationships, and his strong mentoring skills and guidance have resulted in Total’s extremely high retention rates.
A 30-year IT professional, prior to joining Total in 2002, he was the President of The Computer Group Inc., an IT solutions provider focused on financial market data center and enterprise solutions.
Mr. McKnight is also responsible for Total’s corporate sponsorship of Sunrise Day Camp, a day camp for children with cancer and their siblings.
